This book is a must have if you want to cook with a thermal cooker.
For those interested in Thermal cooking, this book is chalk full of valuable information. Everything from converting recipes and maximizing the use of thermal cookers, to portable meal prep and emergency preparedness. Some great recipes included but the real value of this book is all the How-To's and excellent tips. A great addition to the kitchen reference library!
It is a really nice spiral bond book with good quality pictures. It is a little pricey and got this book as a gift and hope to be able to get one for myself as well.
Love the way it's written. Easy to understand with lots of great tips, instructions and recipes. Used it for the first time yesterday and can't wait to try something else!
I tried the beef stew recipe, and it turned out great.
The book has very valuable tips (my wife was impressed) for not just thermal cooking.
I wish the book was in a looseleaf binder for easier use in the kitchen.
I have loved this book. I appreciate that fact that it give methods and recipes to cook fresh and from pre-made meals in a jar. The recipes are great, but the methods are easy to use with other recipes also. My eyes have been opened to a whole new way of cooking and preparing jar meals. All instructions and labels are in the book, and best of all, the quantities for single or multiple jar meals are done for you so you can quickly and easily make a dozen meals at a time. This is a no brainer, you need this book.
